Here are the new bike shoes we got. I had a black pair until Jen tried these on and I wanted to be as cool as she was!
These red things are the cleats that "clip" into your pedal (below). So once you are clipped in, you've gotta clip out before you get too slow or you'll just fall right over (also pictured below :) )

They say, "its not a matter of IF you fall, its a matter of WHEN you fall". So we took some advise and went to a grassy field to practice! Needless to say, we both walked away with bruises!
Trying to get some sun on those white legs! They haven't seen the sunlight in Years!
