Well, its 8pm and I'm about to crawl into bed. We are rising at 4:30 am to get ready, eat breakfast and be at the race site by 5:30 am. We're all packed. We've run through all the transitions. We have our food/gels/waters ready. We've had 80+ oz of liquid today. We've eaten our carbs and lean proteins. We've got our uniforms laid out. We did our last practice brick this morning. We went to the Iron Girl Texas expo twice today. I have scriptures laminated and cut out. I've popped another allergy pill, as I think I'm coming down with a sinus infection. I have the camera battery charging. The bikes are on the bike rack. I think . . . I think we are as ready as we can be!
Nervous? Not yet.
Excited? Most definitely!

Lord- I pray for safety for all the girls in the race. I pray for courage, strength and endurance. I pray that Your goodness and grace will be what others will see. I pray that you would perfect our weaknesses in your strength. I pray for your peace that surpasses all understanding. And I pray that we will run the race you have put before us as in such a way as to get the prize.
Amen
And goodnight!!
