No sweeter name than the name of Jesus!!!

Today I was reminded AGAIN of how God continues to provide for Jen and I here in Thailand! And the first words out of my mouth in praise were- Jesus!!!

First, a little history:
So you may not be aware of this, but Thailand is known for it's motorcycle theft. Thousands of bikes are stolen each year with very little of them ever being found.

Another little fact that will play a part in this story is that each day, you can only park on one side of the road.

And everyday that side switches- so Sat's you can park on the left, but on Sunday, you have to park on the right, then Monday left again . . . and so on. Your bike can very well be ticketed or locked by the police if you are on the wrong side. And your chances of getting ticketed/locked increase the more in the city you are- in which case we are in the heart of it.

So anyhow, the story goes like this:
Steph is sick today and isn't able to attend our friends bday party for their one year old. Jen gets ready and heads out the door to go. 10 minutes later, Steph hears Jen's voice-
"Steph??" Thinking she forgot something, I go downstairs and see a look of panic on her face.
"Steph- you parked the Mio at the guest house last, right???"
(Because we live in the city now, we dont really have anywhere to park our bike at night. So we have made a deal with a Guest House across the street to let us keep one of our bikes there overnight since they lock it up. Our other bike we've talked to a temple down the road that locks up at night and lets us keep it there overnight).
Ummmm . . . yes?? I cant remember.
"Well, it's not there!!"

Ummmm, ok . . . lets think it through- when was the last time we drove the Mio?
2 days ago. We met a friend for lunch. then picked up some paint, then came home.
I didnt park it at the Guest House cause I thought we were leaving again.
A friend picked us up that night to go have dinner . . . never drove the bike again . . .
I think I parked it in front of the coffee shop-??

It's not there.
We both head outside to go look.
Think! Think! Think!
Oh- I remember parking was on the other side that day . . . I tried to park it over here, but had to go down the road some! But parking has changed since then- it was 2 days ago!
Walking down the street
Praying!
Sick to our stomachs!!
We see a Mio, on the correct side of the street, parked facing the opposite way I parked it!
It's our Mio!
No tickets! No wheel locks!
Someone must have moved it for us to the correct side of the road and then moved it again to the new correct side for us!!!

JESUS!!! Thank you!!!

We totally both thought it had been stolen! I literally thought I was going to throw up when we were looking and didn't see it! I came home and just praised Him through tears and prayer! He knows the big things and the small things and everything in between!
