When we moved into this place, the person before us already had some stuff here that they left, like cleaning supplies and laundry detergent. So we decided to use what was here before we bought new stuff.
Well after washing our clothes for a few weeks with the detergent here, we decided that we just weren't happy with it and that we'd buy some new stuff.
When I went to the store, there is literally 2 huge, whole isles of laundry paraphernalia. How on Earth was I to know what to get?!?
After going up and down the isles a few times, I noticed that they seemed to be "grouped" and that the price tags had some English on them. I finally found detergent and grabbed 2 different brands to try.
Then I thought, I should try to find the brand we have now and see if it's really cheap or something- figure out why it doesn't work very well.
Well, it took me awhile to find it and it turns out that it's not detergent at all!! It is fabric softener!! We'd been washing our clothes w/ fabric softener for weeks and had no idea!!
When I got home and tried the actual DETERGENT, I noticed a Huge difference right away!!
Geesh!! That explains it all!
Now I ask you- would you be able to tell the difference between either of those packages?!
