We did however, leave the house last night to check things out. As well as this morning, I walked to Starbucks b/c of the free drink they were offering between 10 and 12 today. And of course, Starbucks is RIGHT in front of where all the action happens.
Though as luck would have it- neither last night nor this morning did we get wet! =)
Last night just happened to be late enough, and this morning just happened to be early enough plus a little luck on the timing of crossing the road!
