Another New Year's celebration in Thailand! What an amazing privilege to get to do this again! We are SO thankful for the resources to be living here and following where we hear God leading us!
We had a party with some Thai friends- we're cooking our food on this thing w/ a fire under it. It was quite tasty!
Klaus, Anne and us enjoying some yummy food!

Pi Moo - we just love her!

On the actual night of New Years, we went out for an awesome Italian Dinner! Wow, it was sooooo good!
Happy faces with full bellies!
We were trying to make sexy lips like Joy does in her photos!
Jen's attempt to make Joy's sexy lips
Then we headed to a fair with games and food and entertainment. Anne was committed to winning a toy for her dog, Gimee. So she thought she might win playing this game . . . but after spending a few 100 baht, she finally gave up on this game.
So then she tried a different game! We thought that it was 5 baht for 5 pebbles to shoot. So Anne did 5 trays (not winning any of them). When we then went to pay 25 baht total, they told us that no- actually- it was 5 baht PER pebble!!! So it wasn't 25 baht, it was 125 baht!
So, by now, she had spent close to 500 baht on games and hadn't won anything. Not to mention that the toys she was trying to win wasn't worth 500 baht :)
I thought I'd jump in and try to help . . . but I was pretty stinky actually. I didn't even get close!
I was SURE I would win this one!! I watched them do it like 20 times and finally decided to try it. I got really close . . . but no luck!
So then Jen finally decided to show us how it's done.
1 . . . 2 . . .
3!! Jen Totally won!!! So Anne can now keep her promise to Gimee in bringing her home a prize.
This thing was CrAzY! They could put it on you 100 different ways.
Here's how the put it on Klaus!
