We had so much fun giggling with them and trying to speak Thai!
We went to a Thai buffet, which they love. Us however . . . that's a different story.
After deciding that Pad Thai would be the safest option, I took my first bite and tasted nothing but FISH! Ewwwww!! I almost spit it out instantly- Jen saw my eyes about to pop out of my head . . . there was cut up shrimp in it- I thought they were carrots!!!
So I ended up eating cold fried rice. Safe bet!

All of these girls live at the Chiang Mai home, which is now self sustainable! They are all college grads or working on it. Some of them work with Pure Heart making jewelry, or at our coffee shop or actually working with us doing office work.
They are amazing girls!
