getting the bike fixed

So we had to get the bike worked on this week. It has started to stall on us at red lights and when we slow down too much it dies. And to get it started in the morning has lately had to be an act of God!
So we took it to our local mechanic and he had it for 3 days! He took the whole thing apart on the inside, replaced rings, parts and a leak. He also had to replace our whole headlight because it was broken also.
All of that work, parts and labor only came to a total of $30 usd! It's crazy how affordable it is to get things fixed here!
So I took it for a spin after we got it back and it runs SO much better, the brakes are tighter, it actually goes faster and it didnt die on me at all! I actually enjoyed riding it again so much that I stayed out too long and it started raining on me! I knew the rain was coming . . . but I was just having too much fun to stop driving! I thought I'd make it home in time, but no such luck! Thankfully though since it was still in the afternoon, the rain wasnt freezing and it wasn't coming down too hard.
