Things are moving along

So things are moving along for us. We're planning on moving into our new place next week!!! :)
We've been painting it and working on getting it all clean. I'll post pictures once we're all settled in.

Our Monday night Conversation Thai is still going on and we're having a ton of fun doing it! Anne is having to turn people away who want to come join! She wants to keep Monday nights small so we can really help a few specific people.
But coming up in November, we're going to start teaching English a lot more! We'll be in at least 3 different schools volunteering. We'll be working on building relationships with the teachers and students. And we're going to start working again with our favorite English teacher Kruu Jeab. We posted about her a few months ago . . .
We're also going to start teaching before one of the girls Care Groups in the church. We're hoping to use it as a way to draw in more people to hear the gospel! B/C everyone here wants to learn it so bad! And then we're also working with the church about still teaching a Leadership Class at the University. So we're waiting to hear more about that one.

Ummm . . . Jen and I think we both might have a parasite! Ewwwww!! I know, not cool at all! But we have a natural remedy we're going to try. Wish us luck! Actually, no- please Pray!

We leave Thursday to go on our Water Project with Pure Heart. Not sure where we're going actually . . . about 7 hours from here I think. We'll be there for 3 days and we aren't too sure what to expect. I'll have pics of that when we get back.

We've started up our Thai lessons again :) Anne is our tutor! We figured if we were going to pay someone, we'd rather it be Anne and right now she has the time. This month we're doing 3x a week b/c she has a break from school. Next month we'll probably drop to 2x a week, when Anne's classes start back up again.

Pure Heart is staying really busy w/ the Jewelry Project we have right now with World Vision. We are so blessed with this! We also have some other events we've been invited to and they are really cool opportunities.

So Kim is getting married!!!! :) My BFF of 25 years!!! That is a loooooong time! I'm waiting to hear the final date, but it looks like we are coming home before this year is over! So all my TX friends- I'm planning on being in Dallas for a few days before I fly into SC and I'd love to see you!

We are reeeeeeealy missing Biggest Loser!! Watching 5 minute clips on Youtube just ain't cuttin' it! We hear there is an Australian version that's on Youtube and really good. So we think we are going to try that and see if it works as a partial substitution.
