I'm home sick today (and yesterday too) so I'm working on updating all the facebook pages & thought I'd update the blog also.
So there are 12 team members between the ages of 13-31! Pretty crazy! Well, the 31 year old is a leader . . . so the team of 10 (minus 2 leaders) are between 13-18 I think.
They've been teaching English everyday at a school near where we are staying. We've also done some evening activities & have also tried to throw in some fun stuff- like the pool & the mall.
We've participated in a Medical Clinic w/ the church & have attended the Thai Church twice now. Last week was a special Revival Day & we got a treat b/c the speaker was preaching in English! So Anne had to translate from the stage into Thai.
So here are some pictures from the last week of ministry:
Medical Clinic- this sweet old lady I could have talked to all day!

Wow!!! It looks like you have been busy with the group! I'm so thankful for the numerous opportunities you've had so far. You all are still in my prayers as you get to minister with the kiddos!
ReplyDeleteI agree, the things you have done so far is amazing. Now, when we come I want to learn the veggie carving and I MUST have one of those hats!!
