Homemade Coconut Milk How-To

Ever since the last post about the funny coconut, I've been regretting not trying to make coconut milk out of it!  So, Jen and I ran by a market today and bought another coconut to bring home and attempt making homemade coconut milk.

I thought it would be more fun to video document the whole thing, so here ya go!  A video how-to/documentation of our making homemade coconut milk:




We were just in some strange cooking/baking/making mood tonight and also made Taco Soup & some Blueberry Banana Muffins (From Jillian Michaels cookbook)

Healthy AND yummy!!  Great for breakfast w/ a cup of coffee!

    Wow, can I say Martha Stewart! When I see coconut mill I think mangos and sticky rice. yum
